The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in New York, you'll be:
- Networking and developing new business
- Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
- Candidate sourcing via job boards
- Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and success in recruitment
- Ideally experience in a professional recruitment market (e.g., Tech, Finance)
- A natural mentor and leader

- True Hybrid schedule - On-site every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Remote on Mondays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
