Conduct legal diligence on potential targets' indebtedness for M&A transactions.
Coordinate closing of financing transactions with clients, counterparties, and advisors.
Advise clients on compliance obligations related to credit facilities and indentures.

Requirements

JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent.
Four years of experience as an Associate or in a related occupation.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills
