ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate, self-driven University Recruiting Program Manager to build and manage our early careers program. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will be responsible for building strategic university partnerships, differentiated student and candidate experiences, and a well-structured and scalable internship program. The role is on site, and you will be expected to travel to universities and for recruitment events as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Intern Program Ownership Full Cycle Early Career Recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for university candidates. Working with the Global Head of Talent and Hiring Managers to align on hiring goals for the year. Developing and executing university recruiting strategies that align with business priorities. Building relationships with key universities and managing Campus Engagement & Events Plan, organize, and execute on campus events, career fairs, workshops, info sessions, and any virtual presence. Manage logistics, materials, staffing, and follow up to maximize engagement and ROI. Drive a cohesive candidate journey from first point of contact through internship / early‑career engagement. Ensure clear communication, strong feedback loops, high touch support, consistency across touchpoints. Act as primary contact for interns during the program: onboard them, monitor and support their performance, coordinate feedback and mentoring, help convert high performing interns to full-time when possible. Additional responsibilities include broader support of the Talent team including candidate scheduling/coordination and program management. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. Experience: 5-7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in early career / university recruiting. Domain Knowledge : Proven experience recruiting in tech, hardware, or semiconductor industries. Understanding of roles in hardware engineering (validation, test, design, firmware, etc.) is preferred. Full Lifecycle Recruiting Skills: Sourcing (active & passive), screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding; strong ability to assess early career talent. Stakeholder Management: Experience partnering with managers and business leaders; ability to influence hiring decisions, align expectations. Program & Event Management: Strong program management skills and experience. Comfortable managing multiple events, logistics, outreach, and representing the company externally. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills (for info sessions, panels). Organization & Data Orientation: Ability to manage many concurrent roles and programs; track metrics (time to fill, conversion rates, intern → full time conversion, candidate experience). LOCATION : Santa Clara, CA For California Location: As an early stage start up, we offer an extremely attractive total compensation package inclusive of competitive base salary, bonus and a generous grant of our valuable early-stage equity. The target base salary for this role is approximately $155,000.00 - $185,000.00. The base salary offered may be slightly higher or lower than the target base salary, based on the final scope as determined by the depth of the experience and skills demonstrated by candidate in the interviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr
