We are looking for an enthusiastic and bilingual recruiting specialist to lead our hourly hiring initiatives at the Camp Hill Distribution Center. This onsite role provides a unique chance to innovate and implement scalable recruiting strategies while supporting broader corporate hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on hiring progress, identifying challenges and proactively implementing solutions to achieve staffing objectives.
- Enhance attendance and hire targets for orientation sessions.
- Source, screen, and recruit hourly candidates in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and local workforce organizations to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and other outreach efforts to attract quality talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to effectively manage recruitment advertising budgets.
- Establish and maintain local partnerships to improve candidate sourcing.
- Act as the ATS administrator for designated locations, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes.
- Remain knowledgeable and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within distribution, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) to accommodate diverse candidate pools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
