Business Solutions Manager-Sales & Recruiting

Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies affiliate, seeks a Business Solutions Manager to recruit as well as develop and grow our client base and new business opportunities for the San Antonio, Texas area. This role involves end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities to promote our workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through video and in-person meetings in a largely virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the San Antonio, Texas area.
• Promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects using end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills.
• Engage with clients and prospects through video and in-person meetings to develop relationships and opportunities.
• Support a culture focused on remarkable experiences, belonging, and purpose.

Qualifications

• Residence in the greater San Antonio, Texas area.
• Thrives in a business development and outbound sales environment.
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities.
• Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
• Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with company purpose and values.
• Embraces a belonging-focused environment.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
