STGi is seeking a qualified Corporate Sourcer to directly source, recruit, and assist in the coordination of the placement of top talent needed to support our clients. Our ideal candidate will have Healthcare recruitment experience and staffing agency experience; this is an ideal opportunity to put those cold calling skills to work as you help to source and recruit Healthcare Professionals! This position is on site in our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities / What you will do

Required Experience

• 2+ years of sourcing clinical/healthcare candidates including CNAs, LPNs, RNs
• Experience sourcing for clinical roles in the long term care field preferred
• Creative sourcing strategies with strong ability to build relationships with candidates - must demonstrate ability to use resources outside of job boards
• Experience pre-screening candidates for hiring managers and working with recruiters and hiring managers
• Ability to work in a very high volume environment
• Scheduling and setting up interviews
• Entering and updating candidate information in applicant tracking system - intermediary computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Education requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred
