As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will support PMG across the Campus/Early Career candidate pipeline—including candidate and requisition data validation, application review, interview scheduling, and background check coordination. You will help deliver a thoughtful and efficient hiring experience through accuracy, responsiveness, and a welcoming approach throughout the recruitment process. You’ll also contribute to learning programs for Campus/Early Career hires and support them from the interview process through joining PMG.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate interview scheduling through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools to ensure a smooth process for candidates and teams.
  • Arrange and manage candidate travel, including booking and reimbursements, to provide a stress-free experience.
  • Maintain the Talent Acquisition team calendar, handling invites, logistics, and room reservations.
  • Greet and host candidates onsite at our Dallas office, provide tours, and help create a positive interview experience.
  • Keep candidates informed through timely communications in our ATS.
  • Process background checks, track results, and ensure steps are completed on time.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure a unified candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Prepare interviewers with schedules, logistics, and background materials.
  • Review and update candidate data in the ATS to support clean records and accurate reporting.
  • Create and share basic reports from the ATS and other tools to inform the team’s decisions.
  • Support the Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) by coordinating interviews, managing communications, and assisting with events to deliver an engaging candidate experience.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition Operations, including job description updates, sourcing support, Greenhouse administration, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate on broader People & Culture initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to support candidates and colleagues.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve systems and processes.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence with stakeholders at all levels.
