Position: Sr. Account Manager - Washington DC

We are seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our sales team in Washington DC. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Growing an existing book of business (10% of prospecting time)
  2. Re-engaging past clients without current orders (30% of prospecting time)
  3. Prospecting new clients from our database (50% of prospecting time)
  4. Identifying and contacting new potential clients (10% of prospecting time)

Your core product involves placing C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and Java contractors and candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles within the Washington DC Metro Area. You will be compensated for each successful placement.

Compensation: Total first-year plan at $100,000, second-year plan at $155,000, and at 150% of plan reaching $195,000. Mileage, cell phone, and meal expenses are also covered.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of CRM experience
  • 2+ years of staffing experience (preferred but not required)
