Roles and Responsibilities People Leadership – Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent Client Management – Partner with key business stakeholders, accountable executives, internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals Strategy Development – Leverage data to create compelling recommendations and influence strategic recruitment decisions Candidate Management – Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance Season Prep & Logistics – Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies Administrative Tasks – Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies to fulfill role requirements We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three At least 2 years of experience in Client Management At least 2 years of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications PHR or SPHR certification 5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting 3+ years of experience in Client Management 3+ years of experience in People Management Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and data to drive strategic changes At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for work within the specified locations and reflect offers at posting. Salaries for part-time roles are prorated based on hours worked. McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Recruiting Manager; Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Recruiting Manager. Candidates hired in other locations will be subject to the pay range of that location, and the offer will be in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
