Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant Join Our Team as a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant! We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant to help us attract and hire outstanding educators and school staff across Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes support that keeps our recruiting engine running. You’ll manage job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany), post openings to job boards, and make sure our opportunities reach great candidates nationwide. You’ll also provide essential support to our recruiters as they work to staff schools with exceptional talent. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Open, update, and close requisitions in our ATS (ClearCompany). Post job opportunities to external job boards and career sites. Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes. Track candidates and support reporting efforts. Keep job postings consistent, accurate, and up to date. Provide general admin support to the Talent Acquisition team. What We’re Looking For Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience (internship or professional) a plus. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ClearCompany experience preferred). Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a service-oriented mindset. Work Schedule Hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ — 3 days in-office at our Scottsdale Central Office, 2 days remote.
