We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiting Manager to lead technical hiring for one of the nation’s fastest-growing engineering & construction business units. This role is mission-critical — driving workforce growth for large-scale, complex infrastructure projects including data centers, hospitals, airports, and secure government facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recruitment strategy for engineering, project management, and superintendent roles across high-stakes construction projects.
• Manage a team of 4 recruiters while still acting as a hands-on, producing recruiting leader.
• Drive hiring for 200–300 positions per recruiter annually while ensuring top-tier candidate quality.
• Partner with executives and project leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive pipelines.
• Deliver regular talent reports and workforce updates to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with at least 3 years managing senior hiring for engineering or construction.
• Experience in industries such as power generation, semiconductors, heavy manufacturing, or defense/secure facilities — where talent translates well into mission-critical projects.
• Strong ability to recruit engineers, project managers, superintendents, and senior leaders.
• High emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and the drive to “make things happen.”
• 100% onsite in Washington DC – Baltimore MD – Northern VA (relocation available). This role requires daily senior leadership interaction, client facing project site visits, and heavy workforce planning and cannot be remote.
• $150,000 – $180,000 base
• Discretionary bonus (3–5%)
• 3 weeks PTO + full stellar benefits package
