Position Overview
We’re actively recruiting 1099 Medicare Sales Specialists who are passionate about helping seniors navigate Medicare options. Whether you're already licensed or looking to break into the field, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with freedom, flexibility, and support.
As a Medicare Specialist, you’ll educate clients on Medicare Advantage (Part C), Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), Medicare Supplement (Medigap), ancillary products, and Life Insurance—helping them choose the plans that best fit their needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
- Assist with plan enrollment and transitions.
- Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Holds valid life and health insurance license.
- Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
- Current AHIP certification.
- Understanding of sales, and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers.
- Prior experience multitasking with multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Unlicensed Candidates
We welcome motivated individuals looking to enter the Medicare space. If you’re coachable, driven, and aligned with our values, we’ll help guide you through the licensing and onboarding process. To become fully licensed and ready to sell you’ll need anywhere between $600-$1500. This will cover Licensing, Non-Resident States, Testing, and AHIP Certification.
