Role/Responsibilities
- Years of industrial experience preferred in Electromechanical
- Experience in manufacturing operations, production supervision, or front-line leadership preferred.
- Experience performing data analysis, creating technical documentation, and presenting results.
- Skilled in process flow mapping.
- Hands-on CAD design experience (SolidWorks preferred).
- Basic understanding of programming, IIOT devices, and automation equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong experience in PCBA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related discipline or equivalent.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $40.86 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $42.70 per hour
