Job Description:
- This is a fully remote role offering the chance to work on high-impact projects while collaborating with world-class engineering and production teams.
- The successful candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and a proven track record of improving processes, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Evaluate workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for optimal production output.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and training materials for manufacturing staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
