Primary responsibilities:

Assemble products according to engineering specs, using hand and pneumatic tools on fiberglass and resin materials.

Perform quality inspection to ensure products meet standards.

Follow work instructions and adhere to required procedures.

Maintain a safe workspace and wear appropriate PPE.

Collaborate effectively within a team.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous assembly experience within a manufacturing facility required; fiberglass experience is a plus.

Ability to use common hand tools and operate pneumatic tools.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Comfortable working in a confined environment, such as a small, enclosed space, and on uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in a controlled, climate-regulated environment with exposure to fiberglass, resins, and other chemicals.

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standards to work.

Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
