Job Description

The main responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• 10-20% of your time spent coordinating with in-house or external fabrication partners.
• Your other time will be spent at the desk and completing work on the production floor
• Leading equipment improvements and modification projects that boost capability and capacity.
• Partnering with maintenance teams and suppliers to implement creative process solutions.
• Fostering a supportive, service-oriented mindset within the Electronics Manufacturing department

The Successful Applicant

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of material processing, especially polymers and non-ferrous metals.
• Experience with automation and material handling systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Inventor or similar).
• Ability to design practical equipment modifications for in-house or outsourced fabrication.
• Confidence communicating with everyone from the shop floor to senior management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
• A team player mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently.
