Shift Schedule

Days: 7 AM - 7 PM, 12-hour days, every other weekend

Role Description

The Manufacturing Services Associate I supports all cGMP manufacturing production suites. Responsibilities include ensuring suites are stocked with raw materials and consumables, assembling and autoclaving assemblies, cleaning soiled parts, performing maintenance on analytical equipment, and completing scheduled cleaning tasks not handled by contracted cleaning staff. The role requires a basic understanding of cGMP compliance, aseptic techniques, and cross-contamination awareness, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform 6S and stock each suite daily, clean soiled parts daily.
2. Determine production needs for autoclaved assemblies and deliver to suites.
3. Perform daily and weekly maintenance on analytical equipment.
4. Conduct weekly and monthly cleans of inoculum rooms.
5. Document all activities in accordance with GMPs and GDPs, reviewing documentation as needed.
6. Attain qualification for assigned tasks and maintain individual training plans.
7. Prepare and transport materials to manufacturing suites, managing material movements across production areas.
