Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in driving production efficiency, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring world-class manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Support new product introductions by designing and implementing manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tooling, and production processes.
• Support compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure manufacturability of parts and assemblies.
• Provide training and technical support to production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role (aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of machining, assembly, and testing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO quality standards.
• Hands-on approach with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
