International is hiring: Manufacturing Supervisor in Huntsville

Overview

This role is a third-shift Manufacturing Operations Supervisor at the Huntsville Powertrain Plant. You will lead nightly production, drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and serve as the key link between plant operations and upper management. The position involves hands-on leadership, implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, and guiding a high-performing team.

Base pay range: $74,400.00/yr - $111,600.00/yr. U.S. work authorization is required. After completing up to six months of first-shift training, you’ll transition to third shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, resolve challenges, and collaborate across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Focus on team development, KPI improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in manufacturing leadership; machining expertise is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience, OR a master’s degree with one year of experience, OR at least five years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
