Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations and drive continuous improvement across our facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to meet production schedules and quality standards. The Manufacturing Manager will also foster strong cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all production teams to ensure efficient execution of manufacturing schedules.
  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, equipment) to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Drive productivity improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in cable, wire, or industrial production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
  • Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and equipment.
