Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and procedures
• Collaborate with design engineers on producibility of new products
• Optimize production flow and reduce cycle times
• Evaluate and integrate manufacturing equipment and technologies
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement
• Support quality assurance, inspection, and compliance with AS9100/ITAR/NADCAP standards
• Prepare documentation, process specifications, and reports
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (defense/aerospace preferred)
• Knowledge of CNC machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, and testing
• Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
