Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of Ring Laser Gyroscopes (RLG), MEMS-based inertial sensors, and IMUs. In this role, you will optimize manufacturing processes, define equipment needs, and improve efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma. You will support production, resolve technical issues, analyze yield data, and implement process improvements to reduce cost and cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of product or process engineering experience
• Background in product assembly, testing, or yield improvement
• Experience with optics, sensors, or electronic assemblies preferred
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing best practices
