Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency across the plant


• Contribute to various design, development, and manufacturing projects


• Optimize tooling and engineering equipment for specific products


• Play a key role in new product launch and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production or process improvement engineer


• Experience working in apparel, inflatable or textile based products


• A Mechanical Associates Degree or equivalent


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
