What You’ll Do

• Simplify complex processes into clear, actionable SOPs

• Review and approve product drawings and specifications with precision

• Design and source better tooling and equipment

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks through creative problem-solving

• Lead effective, hands-on training sessions

• Develop and test prototypes that push boundaries

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience

• Strong analytical and process improvement skills

• Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus

• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or coatings is a bonus
