LHH is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes that ensure both exceptional product functionality and cost efficiency. This hands-on role will collaborate across teams to design fixtures, optimize workflows, and support a culture of safety and quality. The anticipated salary for this role is between $105,000- $135,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Model and promote a safe work environment. Prioritize engineering safety into all manufacturing processes.
  • Create process routers, detailed manufacturing instructions, test plans, and inspection protocols to deliver high-quality products cost-effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems, close process gaps, and integrate mistake-proofing to prevent defects.
  • Analyze, design, and recommend fixtures, processes, and automation solutions—including evaluating new equipment.
  • Ensure vendors and subcontractors meet all product specifications. Develop manufacturing requirements and testing procedures and participate in supplier selection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing.
  • 5–10 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and project management.
  • Skilled in tolerance control, stack-up analysis, GD&T, and understanding machinery and fixturing limitations.
  • 3D CAD modeling experience (SolidWorks preferred).
  • ERP systems, SolidWorks, Excel, PowerPoint, and technical research tools.
  • Uphold company mission, values, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Clear, concise communicator able to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and deliver results.
  • Effective verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
