Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

A bit about us: We are a global leader in precision components for the Military, Aerospace, Oil & Gas industries, and more. We are expanding and seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities

1. Designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing processes and work cells.
2. Collaborating with design engineering to complete product validation and testing.
3. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times.
4. Managing technical aspects including metal, flowforming, spinforming, and cold working.
5. Working in a machine shop environment and operating CNC machines.
6. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials for production optimization.
7. Conducting heat treatment processes and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing.
9. Assisting in the training of production personnel in new or existing methods.
10. Documenting, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience in a machine shop environment.
4. Hands-on experience with metal.
5. Experience with CNC machine operation.
6. Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
