Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (overtime as needed)
• Pay: $16-$18 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Complete required documentation and production reports accurately.

Requirements

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Manual dexterity to handle tools and machine parts safely.
