Manufacturing Supervisor

$100–130K

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, managing manpower, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and prioritize daily operations to meet production goals
• Monitor team performance and key metrics (efficiency, quality, on-time delivery)
• Implement and support Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes, tooling, and equipment
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members
• Address performance issues and provide coaching and feedback
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)
• Proven track record in team management, quality improvement, and cost control
• Familiar with Lean principles and continuous improvement
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for export authorization
