Manufacturing Technician I - Lexington, MA

Position Description
The Manufacturing Technician I, under direct supervision, will perform routine manufacturing operations for the production of clinical and/or commercial products. Responsibilities include operating production equipment according to SOPs in assigned areas.
Required Skills
- Execute routine production operations
- Perform Batch Record and Form Preps
- Enter data into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Sample preparation and testing
- Complete required training on time
- Maintain safety standards and report safety issues
Desired Skills (not required but beneficial)
- Experience with cGMP activities
- Proficiency with benchtop equipment (centrifuge, osmometer, conductivity meter, etc.)
- Basic ultrafiltration and cell culture knowledge
- Ability to gown and gain access to biotech/pharma manufacturing areas
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for 6 hours, and work on ladders or platforms
