Job Description

This role involves working closely with the product engineering team and CNC operators to enhance process improvements and reduce cycle times.

The position requires familiarity with CNC machines, particularly Hydromat and Index models, to troubleshoot issues and optimize machine operations. Additionally, the role includes planning for the layout of four new Index C200 machines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineering and CNC operators to implement process improvements.
• Reduce cycle times and enhance workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CNC machines, specifically Hydromat and Index models.
• Plan and execute layout strategies for new CNC machines.
• Work in a high volume automotive manufacturing environment to minimize scrap and downtime.

Work Environment

This position involves a mix of floor and office-based work

First shift role with flexible hours, ideally 6 AM - 8 AM start time

Expect a 40-hour work week with minimal overtime, though occasional weekend work may be required to address urgent issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr.
