The objective of this position is to provide technical support to manufacturing and process development of precision aerospace bearings.
Principle responsibilities include solving technical problems supporting production and managing technical projects to completion. This may involve machine rebuilds, corrective actions, new product launches, lean activities, tooling design, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Technology.
Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, communicate effectively, work well in teams, and understand lean manufacturing, CAD, and machine shop skills. Knowledge of grinding theory and bearing technology is a plus.
