Southern Recruiting Solutions, Inc. is hiring: Manufacturing Engineer in Pensaco

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Engineer will run the unit safely, reliably, and efficiently. We have multiple, urgent needs.
• Responsible for unit operating performance to include production, raw material usage, energy usage, quality, daily performance tracking, troubleshooting, and basic unit optimization.
• Add direct value to the business by driving real-time unit performance in these areas.
• Demonstrates leadership in driving corporate zero-incident safety culture through safe work practices and operator engagement.
• Design, put into practice, lead, and champion the use of best-in-class and lean / six sigma based work processes.
• Relocation provided. $100K-$130K.

Requirements

• The Manufacturing Engineer will have a BS in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing plant (mandatory).
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP, Minitab
• Commitment to plant safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene practices
• Familiarity with Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID’s
• Pluses include a Six Sigma Certification and knowledge of Title V and ISO 9001.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
