What you’ll be doing:

  1. Support New Product Introduction: Create and develop manufacturing system concepts to fulfill business needs. Work with design engineers and production to quote, specify, order, debug, receive, install, and runoff new production equipment.
  2. Maximize Operations Production and Efficiency: Maintain current systems and equipment through analysis, troubleshooting, and improvement. Perform work needed to maximize production and efficiency.
  3. Upgrade Material and Equipment: Collaborate with engineering and equipment suppliers to determine designs and configurations for new equipment and upgrades, ensuring conformance with company standards.
  4. Demonstrate Project Management and Technical Expertise
  5. Advocate for Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement activities through equipment and process design, coaching, training, and participation in plant-level initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • College Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, including manufacturing philosophy and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control techniques
  • Effective problem-solving, judgment, and independent thinking skills for troubleshooting, repair, and quality recognition
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and manage conflict effectively
  • Authorized to work in the United States
