Job Title: Manufacturing Associate at Planet Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand process theory and operate equipment effectively.
• Learn biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes including mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, protein purification, and formulation of bulk drug substance.
• Support process optimization initiatives.
• Identify and escalate processing issues; support solutions.
• Gain experience with automation systems such as LIMS, MES, and PI.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback and suggest changes to operational procedures.
• Assist in incorporating new technologies, practices, and standards into procedures.
• Write and review process documents.

Quality and Compliance:

• Understand cGMPs related to Commercial Operations.
• Utilize Quality systems like Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, and Action/Alert Reports.

Business Support:

• Participate in projects and contribute to outcomes.
• Support and learn new business systems such as TrackWise and ERP.
• Support trending of department metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical documentation skills
• Understanding of metrics and ERP systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, LIMS, filtration, chromatography, cell culture, protein purification, and cGMPs.
