Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $75,000-$92,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvements for manufacturing
• Analyze workflow
• Analyze machine layout
• Initiate and develop continuous improvement projects
• Develop and design manufacturing processes for improvement
• Tooling and fixture design
• Create and revise documents, work instructions, and specifications
• Perform cost-benefit analyses
• Creation of necessary BOM and Routing in ERP system
• Evaluating the production methods used for specific items
• Analyzing designs and production methods
• Developing solutions to specific production issues
• Travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering experience
• US Citizenship is mandatory
• ERP experience
• Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience
• Experience with ISO, Six Sigma, FMEA
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering design tools
• Microsoft programs proficiency
