Overview

Manufacturing Operator role at CRH (Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, Florida). This is a night shift position based in Florida. The role supports the manufacturing of concrete blocks and related materials, under a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the concrete block manufacturing process, including monitoring machines and making calibrations as needed to keep the line running.
• Remove and install brick molds, clean machine components, and perform general repairs to maintain operation.
• Shovel, sweep, and rake debris from the base of machinery; push blocks along rollers and arrange them on pallets.
• Follow all required safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• May climb into machinery to repair parts and work in enclosed spaces when cleaning mixers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to work over 40 hours including weekends.
