Join to apply for the Manufacturing Manager role at Boeing. Boeing is seeking a leader for the Fabrication team in Algona, Washington, to support the Fabrication team with a focus on One BPS culture, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures; develop organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manage, develop and motivate employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in formal or informal leadership roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
- 1+ years of experience managing KPIs within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data.
- 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS).
- Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles.
- Ability to work variable shifts.
Shift
Candidate may be selected for 1st, or 2nd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Additional Information
