Manufacturing Technician at S&C Electric Company.

This role supports manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement within the plant.

Hours

• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Mon-Fri) Onsite
• Optional Overtime

Compensation

The estimated base pay for this position is $47,800-$59,800 per year. The role is eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Assist in creating PM tasks and frequency
• Identify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions
• Contribute to the continual improvement process
• Perform repairs on production fixtures and tooling
• Assist Tool makers with troubleshooting

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization (Preventive Maintenance Technician)
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have own tools; specialty tools will be provided
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic use of computers and tablets
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending
