Job Details

DAY shift - Two week schedule - Opportunity for overtime every other week.

Hours: 6:45am - 7:00pm. Must have weekend availability.

About the Client

Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
• Report any discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure quality standards and safety.
• Ensure quality & compliance through a Right First-Time mentality.
• Receive and prepare components for use in manufacturing.
• Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation activities.
• Document appropriate paperwork, understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) / performance metrics, and participate in daily performance meetings.
• Use pallet jacks and manual wrapping of pallets; operate electrical pallet jacks and potentially tuggers.
• Use computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.
• Ensure components and products are available for continuous operation.

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Pharma experience.
• Experience in clean room environments such as pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or other controlled settings; familiarity with gowning procedures and hygiene/cleaning requirements.
• Physical requirements: movement 50% of the time, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 48 lbs (50 lbs max).
• Ability to operate manual or electric material handling equipment (pallet jacks, tuggers, etc.).
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training systems; no specialized software knowledge required.
