Your role

Mission

Provide the best line setup to achieve Lean Manufacturing principles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing for assigned lines.

  • Ensure quality using PokaYoke, DC tools, DRM guidance, and Right-From-Me at each station.

  • Deploy automation (fluid selection, testing).

  • Conduct PFMEA.

  • Improve delivery by ergonomic station design, Kaizen, audits, and flexible tools.

  • Reduce rework with root cause analysis.

  • Promote 5S and maintain equipment.

  • Design efficient line balancing with AVIX and reduce throughput time.

  • Optimize environmental impact (scrap, CO2).

  • Track investment payback.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14000, OHSAS, and safety requirements.

  • Support NPD by preparing tooling, equipment, PFMEA, work instructions, training, and prototype validation.

  • Manage Design Notifications on time.

  • Contribute to Kaizen and innovation through benchmarking, automation, and technology adoption.

  • Support PTM and TCM teams to improve quality and cost.

  • Lead Kaizen Visual Board and create best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering (Master's degree is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with successful line balancing projects, automation, NPD, and safety/ergonomic knowledge.

  • Technical knowledge in compressors, engines, coolers, and electrical panels is beneficial.

  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts, automation, data analytics, AVIX, and Industry 4.0 technology trends.

  • Knowledge in IMS, Quality concepts (Six Sigma, SPC, CPK, 5S, FMEA, 8D), and Safety.

  • Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.

  • ISO Auditor certification is a plus.

  • Exposure to international business environments & large companies.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proficient in IT tools like AVIX Line Balancing, BPCS/SAP ERP, MES, or similar ERP systems.

  • Passionate about technology with mediation skills, strong communication, and multicultural vision.

  • Strong teamwork ability with customer-oriented focus and deadline management skills.

  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with ownership and resilience.

  • Reliable, organized, proactive, and positive attitude.
