Job Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor manages shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. This role involves providing strong leadership and managing systems, equipment, personnel, and materials according to established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Act as a safety leader, prioritizing safety in all responsibilities, and collaborate with the EHS Manager to maintain safety policies and programs.
- Monitor practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
- Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee product conformance to specifications.
- Manage daily production, employee schedules, and coverage.
- Support continuous improvement projects and sustain gains.
- Manage production schedules and equipment issues, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams.
- Investigate and report on production standards and analyze production data using dashboards and SAP.
- Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture and support employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Ensure employee training is current and effective.
- This role requires working a 12-hour swing shift (DuPont swing).

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations, supervision, quality, or maintenance, or a combination of education and 5+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
