Hologic is hiring: Manufacturing Technician in Londonderry

Hologic is hiring a 2nd shift Technician at our Londonderry, NH facility supporting our medical device manufacturing. This is a direct hire position during the hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday-Friday with OT available based on production schedules. Experience working in a high volume production GMP facility is preferred.

Manufacturing Technician 2nd shift:

• Responsible for meeting quality, efficiency, and safety requirements and standards.
• Operate, Test, calibrate, and repair production equipment, products and related subassemblies as required per specifications and document results.
• Reads/Interprets Schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration.
• Performs root cause investigations, on systems using basic techniques.
• Report failures and participate in Daily management meetings.
• Ability to work in clean rooms or dark rooms as needed.
• Work on the line when there is no preventative maintenance or repair work available.

Skills:

• Electrostatic Discharge Knowledge a plus (ESD)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft office/outlook, Oracle and Agile
• Proficient with basic hand tools
• Ability to comply to GMP and ISO 13485 compliance
• 1-2 years of experience repairing Industrial equipment

The annualized base salary range for this role is 41,600 to $55,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
