Join our Environmental Services team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are hiring for a full-time custodian position at Oak Trace in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Location: 200 Village Drive, Downers Grove, IL 60516
Pay Range: $15.61 - $21.45+ hourly

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and supply tasks in assigned areas according to schedule and procedures.
- Remove hazardous and infectious waste following infection control protocols.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Clean floors, walkways, and community areas.
- Use chemical cleaners and equipment safely to prevent damage.
- Apply cleaning products, spot clean, and disinfect as needed.
- Report structural or equipment issues.
- Respond to emergency housekeeping situations.
Qualifications:
- No educational requirement.
- No experience necessary; willingness to learn required.
