Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking, dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow. We have an immediate opening for a custodian who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking custodial team members with strong customer service skills who can work successfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical use
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 11:00 am - 9:30 pm
