Overview

Rolla Public Schools is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Custodian to join our facilities team. The custodian will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly school environments at their building. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to supporting a positive educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly school environments at the assigned building.

Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Three checked and verified references
• Ability to read and follow basic written and oral instructions
• Aptitude for the successful completion of assigned tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to function under pressure in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner
• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs., climb, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach
• Must possess good eyesight including depth perception
• Deviation from the above qualifications may be necessary and acceptable

• Location: Rolla High School (RHS), Rolla, MO
• Salary: $15.87 per hour, plus benefits
• Hours: 8.0 per day / 12-month
