Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Tend furnace and boiler, perform routine maintenance activities, notify management of repairs, and clean snow or debris from sidewalks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 6+ months experience as a custodian in a manufacturing environment.
• Work as an effective team member.
• Working safely is a condition of employment.
