Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our team at our Whitestown Indiana facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within this designated facility. The facility distributes food products so a high level of care and duty is needed for this role.

Schedule: 1st Shift 8am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting to move equipment and supplies as needed
• Sanitate production areas following strict cleaning protocols
• Conduct industrial cleaning of machinery and surfaces to ensure food safety standards
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of sanitation equipment
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste materials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices for sanitation
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards
