Description

• Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and other surfaces.
• Clean and renew floor surface finishes.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings.
• Wash/clean light fixtures.
• Set up for meetings.
• Move furniture, supplies, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Sweep or shovel snow from walks and salt as necessary.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Lock/unlock doors and windows to classrooms and offices.
• Clean and service lavatories and toilet rooms.
• Wash interior and exterior glass including framed pictures, partitions, and doors.
• Report items that require repair.
• Follow a written work schedule.
• Coordinate work with the lead custodian and principal.

Requirements

• Prior custodial experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and
• Ability to work effectively as a team and with limited supervision required

Elementary School Principal

As soon as possible

Hours

School year hours 3-11 PM. Summer hours 7 AM- 3 PM

Salary & Benefits

Per master agreement.
