Requirements:
1. A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalency.
2. An ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and climb ladders/scaffolding.
3. Ability to
perform moderate physical job functions.
4. Minimum age of 18 years old.
5. Minimum work experience of three years, preferably as a custodian or similar
responsibility.
6. An ability to get along with others.
7. Possess effective communication skills, including reading and writing.
