Responsibilities
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain the working condition of the cleaning equipment
- Be on time for the scheduled shift
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be open to overtime
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent, would be qualifying): High school Diploma or GED
